Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks, particularly in fence and deck installation, and possess a strong understanding of building techniques and safety protocols. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality installations that meet client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and structurally sound.
- Perform site preparation including digging post holes and clearing debris.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installations.
Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in fence installation.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
