Atlas Graham is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support both sales growth and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role combines inside sales responsibilities with marketing coordination and administrative support. The successful candidate will help drive customer engagement, support sales teams, coordinate marketing campaigns, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
· Support the sales team with quoting, order management, customer communication, and CRM updates.
· Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional projects.
· Create and edit marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
· Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
· Assist with trade shows, product launches, and marketing events including logistics and on-site support.
· Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
· Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, databases, invoices, and administrative records.
· Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and customer communications.
· Stay current on company products, market trends, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or administrative support roles is an asset.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/marketing software tools.
· Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Working Conditions
· Office environment based at Atlas Graham’s Head Office.
· Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
· Occasional regional, national, or international travel may be required.
· Valid driver’s license, passport, and reliable transportation are considered assets.
