We're Hiring: Fibre Splicing Technician

Azimuth Three Enterprises Inc. is looking for an experienced Fibre Splicing Technician to join our growing telecommunications team. If you are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about building Canada's fibre network, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform fibre optic splicing, termination, and testing for aerial and underground networks.
- Read and interpret network drawings and splice schematics.
- Conduct OTDR, power meter, and loss testing.
- Troubleshoot fibre network issues and complete repairs.
- Maintain accurate splice records and test documentation.
- Follow all company and customer Health & Safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and field crews.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fibre optic splicing.
- Knowledge of FTTH, FTTX, and outside plant construction.
- Experience using fusion splicers, OTDRs, and fibre testing equipment.
- Ability to read construction drawings and fibre network documentation.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Pay: $22.21-$30.00 per hour
