Total Storage Manitoba was established in 2012 and is a proudly Canadian, state-of-the-art self-storage facility located in Headingley, MB. Our sister company, Total Moving, has been growing rapidly since 2020. As our businesses continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time Moving & Storage Coordinator to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, marketing, and working in a fast-paced environment with room for growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
- Being cheerful, friendly and punctual is a must.
- Recommend storage solutions, prepare quotes, complete lease agreements, and process payments.
- Promote and sell storage units, moving truck rentals, packing supplies, and storage insurance.
- Coordinate moving estimates and customer bookings.
- Create and manage social media content and assist with marketing promotions.
- Prepare and promote online storage auctions and manage the Total Storage Marketplace.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including light seasonal outdoor maintenance.
- Monitor overdue accounts and assist with collection and auction procedures.
- Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, spreadsheets, and basic bookkeeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning industry-specific software.
- Social media marketing experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and perform light physical duties.
- Storage, moving, QuickBooks, or SiteLink experience is considered an asset.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday shifts may be required)
