The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead our manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, inventory, quality, production scheduling, capacity planning and production planning functions. This is a critical management role responsible for ensuring Pacline projects are delivered safely, efficiently, in compliance with regulatory requirements, through effective production scheduling and resource planning, on schedule, and to the high-quality standards our customers expect.
This backfill opportunity offers the chance to build upon a strong operational foundation while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, scheduling and workflow management, inventory management, supplier relationships, health and safety programs, quality systems, and overall operational performance. Acting as the bridge between engineering, project management, purchasing, sales, production, shop, and shipping and receiving, you will help ensure seamless execution from design release through shipment and installation support.
As Production Manager, you will oversee shop operations, shipping and receiving, master production scheduling, job prioritization, capacity planning, procurement, inventory strategy, quality systems, and production personnel while serving as the operational leader for Pacline health and safety matters. Success in this role depends on balancing multiple custom, engineer-to-order projects while ensuring production resources are optimized, bottlenecks are proactively addressed, and customer commitments are consistently met. You will ensure compliance with legislative requirements and foster a culture where safety, quality, and accountability are embedded in everything we do.
Success in this role requires more than manufacturing expertise. We're looking for a collaborative leader who can motivate teams, solve problems, make sound business decisions, make effective daily scheduling and production planning decisions in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment, and build strong relationships while maintaining a relentless focus on safety, quality, and execution.

- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inspections, inventory management, and shipping processes.
- Ensure receiving and shipping procedures are followed for all incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- Authorize procurement of raw materials, fabricated components, and production supplies required to meet project schedules.
- Stay close to procurement activities and support production schedules while balancing inventory investment and supplier lead times.
