We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant with strong knowledge of the transportation and trucking industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in transportation accounting and a strong understanding of:
✅ Payroll processing
✅ QuickBooks and Dext
✅ Trucking CRM / transportation management systems
✅ Trucking and transportation terminology
✅ Invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
✅ Compliance-related accounting tasks
The successful candidate should also have:
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
✅ Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
