Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and elevate the shopping experience. This role is perfect for a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, excels at team management, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, manage staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. An open mind and a desire to becomre a knowledgable bra-fitter is of utmost importance.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage all aspects of store operations including merchandising, scheduling, hiring, training, inventory control , and visual presentation while reporting to the Controller.
- Oversee payroll processing, cash handling, and administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor sales performance using POS (Point of Sale) systems and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and store procedures.
- SKILLS:
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within retail sales environments (2 years experience) Lingerie boutique experience is an asset
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and lead by example
- Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and clients
- Skilled in merchandising techniques, hiring, training, inventory control
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills.
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development initiatives.
- Proficient computing and IT trouble-shooting capabilities.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
