8:00am to 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch - Full-time role - 24.00 to 32.00/hr.

Administrative Coordinator – 3 days a week - Brampton
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support the payroll/accounting department and administrative functions on a part-time basis (3 days per week). Ideally Monday, Wednesday or Thursday and Friday.
This role is primarily administrative and payroll-support focused. Payroll processing is outsourced to ADP; however, this position is responsible for compiling, reviewing, and validating payroll-related information to ensure accuracy prior to submission.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and organize payroll information for submission to ADP
- Review employee data and payroll details for accuracy and completeness
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Set up new employees in internal systems and benefits programs
- Assist with employee expense processing and review
- Reconcile invoices and supporting documentation
- Review and reconcile information prior to submission to Accounts Payable
- Maintain employee records and administrative documentation
- Generate and manage Excel reports, spreadsheets, and payroll tracking documents
- Support general administrative and coordination tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and coordination experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with payroll support or payroll administration an asset
- Data entry experience
- ERP experience
- Experience with reconciliations, invoice review, and data verification
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with ADP or outsourced payroll environments is an asset
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
