Phylax Security is hiring professional Security Guards for a site kitchener.
This role is ideal for guards who are alert, dependable, and comfortable working independently during days / evening / night shifts. The position involves routine patrols, incident monitoring, and maintaining a visible security presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety risks
- Write daily activity logs and incident reports
- Follow site post orders and supervisor direction
- De-escalate situations using communication and professionalism
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- Government-issued Photo ID
- Valid G/G2 Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle to travel to site
- Must be able to start ASAP
- Ability to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods
- Professional appearance and communication
Compensation:
Rate varies based on site assignment, shift type, and guard certification level.
Positions available for:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- Morning / Evening / Overnight / Weekends shifts
