Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Physician's Assistant (IMG) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) to gain valuable clinical experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will support the physicians with patient treatment plans and post-procedure care, all while expanding their medical knowledge and skills.
Duties
- Assist physicians with physical examinations, documenting, and reporting
- Assist physicians with patient treatment plans and post-procedure care for patients
- Assist with phone calls and note taking for patient charts
- Prepare medical trays for procedures
- Prep patients for procedures
- Prepare requestions and send to appropriate facilities
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions, guiding patients through appointment processes, and ensuring comfort throughout their treatment plan
- Support team and physicians to ensure day to day operations are met
Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical graduate (IMG)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with EHR systems and medical administrative support tasks
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Ability to perform vital signs collection, intake procedures, and basic medication administration accurately
- Experience working in hospital or outpatient clinics, including PICU or OR settings preferred

- Must be available full-time (occasional weekends)
- Must be able to work at our Brampton location
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Starting salary: $3250.00 per month ($20.00 per hour) (before taxes)
