Landscape Maintenance Technician
Augusta Lawn Care of Delta is hiring full-time and part-time seasonal Landscape Maintenance Technicians to join our property maintenance team.
This hands-on outdoor role focuses on lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanups, weeding, and general property maintenance.
Most work will be completed on strata properties, with additional work at residential homes and a large private estate.
We are looking for someone dependable, physically capable, coachable, and able to maintain a productive pace without sacrificing quality. Landscaping experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay of $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience, equipment ability, work quality, and independence

Candidates with strong mowing, trimming, hedging, pruning, equipment, or truck or trailer experience may qualify for the higher end of the starting range.
Strong employees who demonstrate reliability, quality, efficiency, and broader skills may gain access to eligible Pay-for-Performance work and additional earning opportunities over time.

Schedule
- Full-time or part-time seasonal work
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time employees will generally work five days per week
- Part-time applicants must be available for three or four consistent full days per week
- Optional Saturday work may occasionally be available
- Crews meet at our South Delta location between Ladner and Tsawwassen, just off Highway 17, before travelling to job sites
- This is primarily a seasonal position. Strong employees may be offered reduced winter hours and the opportunity to return the following season

What You Will Do
- Mow lawns and complete trimming, edging, and blowing
- Complete property cleanups, weeding, and basic garden-bed maintenance
- Assist with hedge trimming, light pruning, and seasonal work
- Remove leaves, debris, and green waste
- Operate and care for landscaping equipment
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Work independently and as part of a crew
- Maintain a productive pace while meeting safety and quality standards
- Represent Augusta professionally on client properties

Additional Assets
- Experience with mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, or other landscaping equipment
- Experience driving company trucks or trailers
- Hedging, pruning, gardening, or property-maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical ability or equipment-care skills
