Position: Vacation Rental Cleaner
Starting Wage: $20/hour
Schedule: Thursday–Monday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (with occasional earlier starts at 9:00 AM and later finishes up to 6:00 PM depending on workload)
At 5 Star Turnover, we take pride in delivering top-quality cleaning services for Airbnb and short-term rental properties. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces for guests.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and sanitize vacation rental properties between guest stays.
- Make beds and stage homes to a high standard.
- Restock supplies and ensure everything is guest-ready.
- Check for damages or maintenance issues and report them.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain consistent 5-star standards.
- Take photos and communicate updates when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible. - Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule during busy turnover days.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Smartphone for communication, scheduling, and photos.
- Weekend availability is required (Friday–Sunday are our busiest days). - Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but training is provided.
