The Role
We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative to introduce and promote Cat’s Eye’s school‑safety technology to schools, school districts, and educational organizations across Canada. This is a sales role involving outreach, presentations, relationship‑building, and consistent follow‑up with decision‑makers.
What You Will Sell
Cat’s Eye Smart Systems’ school‑safety technology, including:
· Violence‑detection and anti‑bullying monitoring systems
· Safety‑alert and reporting tools
· Student‑wellbeing support technology
Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound B2B outreach to schools, school boards, and educational organizations
· Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with administrators and district leaders
· Deliver product presentations virtually and in person
· Manage leads, follow‑ups, and pipelines using CRM tools
· Build long‑term relationships with educators and decision‑makers
· Attend education, safety, and technology conferences to promote Cat’s Eye solutions
· Meet weekly and monthly sales activity targets
· Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategy
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales, outbound sales, or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with school administrators and educators
- Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passion for education, school safety, or social impact
- Experience with SaaS, EdTech, or security systems is an asset
Location
Hybrid (Victoria, BC)
Compensation Structure
· Base pay: $25/hour
· Performance bonuses: Available
· Commission: Additional commission opportunities based on closed deals
This salary structure is base + commission, and the posted hourly rate reflects the base pay only.
