Job Duties:
Supervises team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed- Provides ongoing, specific direction to team members
- Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants
- Maintain adequate level of inventory and minimize stock wastage.
- Provide training to new employees
- Responds to guest service complaints in a timely manner and resolve them
- Perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Must be available to work for any shifts (morning, afternoon, evening and night) including weekends and holidays
- Assists the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during their shift
- Ensures health and safety policies are followed during the shift including documentation and reporting of any work related injuries or accidents
- Encourages an exciting and fun work environment while motivating team members to meet goals
- Leads by example and demonstrates the importance of treating every team member and guest with respect
- Works in compliance with the occupational health and safety legislation
- Complies with and enforces all Tim Hortons operating standards
Job Description
Job Requirements:
Completion of high school education is required.
Knowledge of English language is required.
Minimum one year of previous work experience required in a similar field.
Must be prepared to work under pressure.

Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year) in fast food services industry
