Reporting to the Director, the Web designer will be responsible for conceptualization and implementation of solutions that meet marketing strategies and business objectives. The designer will provide creative approaches across digital, trade, brand and print, company case studies and other sales collateral. Must also possess solid communication skills to get alignment on creative concepts and execution plan to other teams within the organization. What will you do
Responsible for conceptualizing and designing elements across digital, trade, print and sales collaterals with high accuracy Ensuring that all deliverables are produced to the highest standard in terms of: layout, visual appearance, branding requirements, and user experience / user interface best practices Deliver visual concepts that are consistent with Digiflare’s brand principles and adhere to platform limitations Responsible for all aspects of projects (including die line structures, logo design, typography, color studies, photo retouching, preparing files to printer/ vendor) Consistently research, identify and share current industry design trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand Prepares prototypes and designs for internal alignment Requirements
Strong creative portfolio.
1-2 years of marcom designer experience in the tech or media industry is an asset
Diploma in related discipline plus solid business acumen
Proficient in all design related programs. Intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
A strong aesthetic sense; highly organized with excellent attention to detail; and strong presentation skills
