Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic services such as facials, waxing, body treatments, lash & brow services, and other skin care treatments.
- Conduct detailed skin analysis and recommend the best treatments and products for clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workspace following all health and safety standards.
- Deliver an excellent guest experience with personalized care and attention.
- Educate clients about aftercare routines and professional products.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and welcoming salon environment.
Qualifications
- Completed Esthetics course or degree from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience required in a spa or salon setting.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments, and industry trends.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
- Passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based pay: 50% + tips
