We are looking for outgoing, motivated, and confident individuals to support our community outreach efforts in Scarborough. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, promoting programs, and being active in the community.
You will play a key role in increasing awareness and driving registrations for our Summer 2026 camps.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute flyers in high-traffic community areas, schools, and neighbourhoods
- Engage directly with parents and families to promote programs
- Represent Aspire for Higher in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner
- Conduct outreach efforts including cold calling and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and registration
- Track daily outreach activity (locations visited, conversations, leads generated)
- Support community events and promotional activations as needed
- Maintain consistent communication with your manager and report progress
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with the public and initiating conversations
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is an asset
- Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
