Job Overview
We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare for Mifo. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children to support their development and well-being.
Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times during scheduled hours
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, including meal preparation tailored to dietary needs
- Assist with homework, educational activities, and age-appropriate teaching to promote learning
- Engage children in fun, educational, and creative activities to foster development
- Perform light cleaning duties related to child care, such as tidying up play areas and laundry
- Provide caregiving support for children with disabilities or special needs as required
- Follow daily routines and schedules established by parents or guardians
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, concerns, or progress
Skills
- Compassionate caregiving skills with patience and understanding
- Knowledge of cooking and cleaning routines suitable for a household with children
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with parents and understand their expectations
- Ability to teach basic skills or educational concepts in an engaging manner

Pay: $818.00-$1,314.46 per week
