We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support professional to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations.
Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Support bookkeeping and basic financial tasks related to billing and invoicing
- Assist with customer support via phone and email, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as typing correspondence and supporting bookkeeping activities
- Strong computer skills combined with the ability to learn new software quickly
