We’re a small, fast-paced company entering an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for a hands-on, technically inclined individual to join our team.
Position Summary
We’re seeking an Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist who enjoys both customer interaction and hands-on work. This hybrid position involves managing incoming inquiries, preparing quotes, performing light technical and shipping tasks, and assisting with operational coordination. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a small-business environment, wears multiple hats, and takes pride in getting things done efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on actuator selection, voltages, and torque requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Perform light technical tasks such as actuator mounting, travel limit checks, and basic testing or configuration.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders; prepare packing slips, labels, and shipping/commercial documents.
- Receive and organize inventory; maintain accurate stock and records.
- Support continuous improvement projects, documentation, and process organization.
- Assist with supplier coordination, logistics, and marketing tasks as needed during slower periods.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in industrial sales, technical support, warehouse operations, or mechanical assembly.
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic mechanical work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and self-directed.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is an asset.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs safely.
- Comfortable working in a light industrial shop and shipping environment.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
