Skilled General Labourer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking skilled general labourer with hands-on experience across a range of renovation and construction projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, works well in a team, and cares about the quality of the finished product. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work, follows safety protocols, and brings a positive attitude to the job site every day.
What You'll Do
- Assist skilled trades with day-to-day renovation and construction tasks
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and clean up job sites before, during, and after work
- Perform demolition, framing support, and general site prep & clean up as directed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate with the crew and lead to keep projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience on construction or renovation sites (required)
- Comfortable with physical labour, lifting, and working on your feet all day
- Familiarity with common hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation (asset)
- WHMIS and/or Working at Heights certification (asset)
