Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Apparel Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the powersports and outdoor lifestyle industry and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for helping customers find the right riding gear, apparel, helmets, and accessories while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Help customers select the proper riding gear, helmets, apparel, and accessories based on their needs and riding style.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all apparel and accessory brands we carry.
- Ensure merchandise is organized, stocked, tagged, and displayed in an appealing manner.
- Assist with receiving inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining showroom cleanliness.
- Work closely with the sales and parts departments to coordinate gear and accessory packages with unit purchases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with seasonal promotions, in-store events, and dealership sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- A passion for motorcycles, ATVs, marine, snowmobiles, or outdoor adventure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
