We are a family owned business with stores located throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for an Office Assistant/Customer Service for our Downsview location (Dufferin and Steeles).
Mon-Friday 8-5
Wednesday 9-6
Key Duties
- Answering Calls
- Data Entry
- Day to day office duties
- Updating customers on order progress
- Customer Service- post delivery
Experience
- Retail & Customer service experience is preferred but not required
