Volunteer Manager

Do you love people, teamwork, and helping things run smoothly? Impact Church is looking for one organized and enthusiastic person to help recruit, support, and coordinate volunteers for ministry and community programs this summer.
What you’ll do
- Recruit, onboard, and support volunteers
- Help create schedules, role descriptions, and team communication
- Coordinate volunteers for programs, meals, camps, and special events
- Track volunteer involvement and assist with appreciation and follow-up
What we’re looking for
- Organized, enthusiastic, and good with people
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
Position details
- Tuesday to Friday, day shifts
- Sunday programming a must
- Wage: $17.85/hour
Eligibility
Applicants must be 15 to 30 years old at the start of employment, be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, have a valid SIN, and be legally entitled to work in Canada. International students are not eligible.
