Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate timelines with subcontractors and vendors.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for project documentation, estimating, and communication.
- Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project viability.
- Oversee procurement processes, including bid solicitation and contractor selection.
- Monitor project progress daily, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and project delivery.
- Manage project documentation meticulously to support transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools such as HeavyBid.
- Familiarity with project management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and other construction management platforms.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling principles and experience using Primavera P6 for project planning.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately to guide project execution.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $91,000.00-$93,000.00 per year
