Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, support corporate compliance, and assist in managing legal risks across various business functions. Duties
- Provide legal guidance on corporate policies, contracts, and transactions to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case analysis and decision-making.
- Assist in managing litigation matters by coordinating with external counsel and preparing necessary documentation.
- Develop and implement legal strategies that mitigate risk while supporting business objectives.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation that may impact company operations or policies.
- Prepare clear and concise legal reports, summaries, and memoranda for executive review.
- Support training initiatives to educate staff on legal compliance issues.

Pay: $7,000.00-$11,000.00 per month
