Wage & Benefits Package
Wage: 23 CAD per hour ($48,000.00 annually based on standard full-time hours)
Benefits Package: Vacation pay and overtime pay (when available/applicable)
Qualification Requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent practical trade
experience.
Work Experience: Experience in installing, servicing, or repairing overhead doors and
accessories, or relevant trade experience operating hand and power tools.
General Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a 2-to-3-person crew, perform
physical work (lifting/transporting materials), and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
Job Duties
- Install and service residential and commercial overhead doors and related equipment according to company standards and safety guides.
- Read and interpret work orders to carry out proper installation and service procedures.
- Install, adjust, and replace parts on overhead doors, operators, and accessories.
- Use hand and power tools safely to perform daily installation, service, and repair work.
- Load, unload, and transport doors, panels, hardware, and materials to and from job sites.
- Work closely with team members on a two- or three-person crew.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of tools, service vehicles, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Perform general warehouse organization tasks as needed.
