The Opportunity
We're hiring a Senior Accountant/Accountant to take ownership of full-cycle accounting across our hospitality and real estate entities. You'll work in QuickBooks, lead the month-end close, and mentor a small team. This role reports to our Managing Director.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle accounting: journal entries, accruals, GL maintenance, month-end close
- Prepare and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks across multiple entities
- Identify and resolve accounting issues independently
- Support and mentor 1–2 junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with leadership on reporting and financial accuracy
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- 2+ years working in QuickBooks
- Experience with reconciliations and month-end close
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
- CPA designation or in progress
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
- Multi-entity accounting exposure
