We are seeking a Marketing and B2B Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Shawnigan Lake, BC.

The Opportunity
This is a highly varied role that offers exposure to many aspects of modern B2B business development and marketing.
You will work closely with management, sales professionals, content creators, designers, web developers, SEO specialists, distributors, and customers.
The successful candidate will help coordinate projects, support marketing initiatives, assist with lead generation, maintain digital content, work with CRM systems, and help improve communication with customers and prospects.
This is not simply an administrative role. It is an opportunity to develop valuable business, marketing, and communication skills while contributing directly to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns across email, websites, LinkedIn, SEO, and digital platforms
- Assist with website content management and updates
- Help coordinate content creation, graphics, videos, and marketing materials
- Work with internal teams and external freelancers to support ongoing projects
- Assist with CRM management, lead tracking, and customer communications
- Conduct market and company research
- Support business development initiatives and sales activities
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials
- Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
- Learn and utilize emerging technologies including AI-powered marketing and business tools

Qualifications

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must currently reside on Vancouver Island and be able to commute to Shawnigan Lake
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
