Position Summary
Thor Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, reconditioning, and preparing new, used, and customer vehicles to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring every vehicle reflects the quality and professionalism of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Wash, clean, polish, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery and display.
Vacuum interiors, shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and condition leather surfaces.
Apply waxes, sealants, dressings, and other protective treatments as required.
Clean windows, wheels, tires, engine compartments, and door jambs.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before customer delivery.
Maintain the appearance of showroom vehicles and dealership inventory.
Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership lot and service areas.
Ensure detailing equipment, tools, and work areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
Follow dealership safety policies and procedures.
Assist with lot maintenance and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous vehicle detailing experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and detailing techniques.

Compensation & Benefits
$18-$20/hr based on experience
