Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Factory Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting assembly lines, operating various tools and equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced industrial setting while contributing to the creation of top-quality goods.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment according to specified procedures
- Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, loading and unloading items, and organizing workstations
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while ensuring quality standards are upheld
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or assembly environments is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast paced setting
