AllPro Construction LTD is a residential renovation company based in the Saint John and Kennebecasis Valley area, specializing in high-quality home renovations and detailed finish work. We take pride in clean, precise craftsmanship and treating our clients’ homes with respect. We are currently looking to add one skilled and reliable carpenter to our team.
This position involves working on all types of residential construction, but we do specialize in bathroom/kitchen renovations.
From demo to finish, including finish carpentry, installs, and assisting with tile prep and installation. Maintaining a clean and organized job site at the end of each day is a must.
We are looking for someone with experience in residential renovations (not just general labour), who has strong measuring and cutting skills and can complete work independently without constant supervision. Attention to detail is extremely important to us—clean lines, accurate cuts, and a high-quality finished product are the standard. You must be professional in clients’ homes and take pride in your work.
This is not a position for someone who “does a bit of everything” but lacks precision. We value people who care about the final result, notice the small details others miss, and leave a job site the way they would want their own home left.
Pay will be based on experience and skill level, and we are willing to pay more for someone who consistently produces high-quality work.
