Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory processes within our shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and implementing process improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with inventory systems, and expertise in supply chain management to support efficient order fulfillment and materials management. The Warehouse Inventory Manager will play a key role in coordinating with job site supervisors, project managers, employees, and suppliers to maintain seamless warehouse distribution operations.
Duties
- Oversee warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and materials management
- Utilize an inventory system to track and manage stock levels
- Prepare and process purchase orders for replenishment of inventory for our shop and job sites
- Analyze data collection and data analysis to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels
- Review regular item list to ensure adequate stock is on hand
- Monitor dormant and unused stock to ensure products are not past expiry date
- File reports about lost or missing items and track tools and equipment to know where everything is at all times
- Conduct demand planning to ensure timely sourcing of materials and products
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs through data mining and analysis skills
- Maintain and reconcile inventory
- Manage warehouse distribution activities ensuring compliance with safety standards; operate forklifts as needed
- Perform other related duties, as required
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse management, supply chain logistics, or related roles with a focus on inventory control
- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
- Strong data analysis skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks, strong work ethic, ability to work positively as part of a team, problem solving skills and motivation to create process efficiencies
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and analysis
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
