Job Overview:
Our client is growing and looking for a skilled and motivated 313D Licensed HVAC Mechanic to join our team. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining in-suite HVAC systems in condominium and multi-residential buildings.
What You’ll Do
- Service, maintain, and repair:
- Fan coil units
- Heat pumps
- PTAC units
- Magic Pak systems
- Ventilation systems
- Diagnose issues related to airflow, indoor air quality, drainage, and overall system performance
- Perform preventative maintenance in condominium and residential suites
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components
- Identify concerns related to water damage, condensation, mold risk, and drainage systems
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, condo managers, and property staff
- Complete work safely and in compliance with Ontario codes and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License (required)
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience in condominiums or multi-residential buildings is considered an asset
- Knowledge of fan coils, heat pumps, PTACs, and ventilation systems
- Valid G Driver’s License with clean driving abstract
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
