SUMMARY OF POSITION
In this role, you will assist with overall operations of our online and retail sales at our Saskatoon head office. We are looking for someone to provide a top-shelf customer experience by establishing and managing relationships with both customers and colleagues. As well, always fulfilling client needs in a timely manner.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Picker
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Deliver smart and courteous customer service.
- Use our CRM software effectively to keep orders organized and communicate with customers and staff.
- Package and ship orders to customers
- Receive and organize stock
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in customer service and/or operational logistics
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills complemented by keen strategic problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong technical aptitude (capacity to learn new systems).
- Telecommunications sales experience is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of Rogers products and services.
