Position Overview:
Talon Wellbore Technologies Corp. is currently accepting applications for a part-time Shop Hand to assist with servicing, redressing, cleaning and inspection of tools in operations.
There is also a millwright with 30+ years of experience on staff who can help collect hours if needed.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties of Role:
· Redress all tools within the company portfolio as they return from usage, safely and as per tool manuals
· Comply with company inspection procedures
· Deliver and pick up parts from machinists as needed
· Deliver tools to the customer or shipping docks if required
· Other duties as required
Education & Experience:
· High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Experience with Oil & Gas tools is an asset
· Strong mechanical aptitude is a must
· Must have reliable mode of transport
· Oil & Gas field tickets are an asset
· Comfortability in MS Office
· Strong communication ability and team building skills
· Detail-oriented, organized and capable of balancing multiple projects
· Ability to work under minimal supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
