Gateway Winnipeg is a business consulting and sales organization focused on customer acquisition within the telecommunications sector. We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented Customer Enrollment Representative to support wireless sales initiatives in the Winnipeg region.
In this role, you will engage directly with customers to present available wireless communication solutions, answer questions, and guide individuals through the enrollment process in a clear and professional manner.
Customer Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to introduce available wireless communication solutions and service options
- Provide clear and accurate information to support informed customer decisions
- Explain mobile devices, data plans, and available service options in simple terms
- Support customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Present additional service features or accessories when appropriate
- Stay informed on wireless service updates and general technology trends
- Contribute to team coordination through communication and shared objectives
Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer engagement environment
