Lunch and dinner shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian cuisine to the highest standards.
- Operate the grill station, including steaks, seafood, chicken, and specialty menu items.
- Assist with catering production and event preparation.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
- Extensive grill station experience is required.
- Catering experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Reliable, organized, and able to perform under pressure.
