We are looking for senior delivery practitioners who can help run enterprise AI engagements with discipline, clarity, and client confidence. Strong delivery operations keep complex enterprise AI work focused, transparent, and credible. The Work You will coordinate scope, milestones, risks, decisions, delivery artifacts, associate contributors, and client communication across enterprise AI assessment, pilot, implementation, and operationalization work. This is lean delivery leadership for complex technical work. Responsibilities Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items. Coordinate specialists across strategy, agentic systems, data, cloud, governance, integration, and observability. Maintain client communication cadence, meeting notes, decisions, and status reporting. Track scope, change requests, blockers, deliverables, and project health. Ensure delivery artifacts are complete, clear, and aligned to PrismWorks standards. Support proposal, SOW, kickoff, delivery, acceptance, and closeout processes. Help improve reusable delivery playbooks, checklists, and templates. Strong Fit Background in consulting delivery, technical program management, product management, project management, delivery management, or enterprise technology implementation. Experience managing complex technical stakeholders and senior contributors. Strong written communication, follow-through, and operational judgment. Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage operating environments. Useful Experience AI, cloud, data, security, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, or regulated technology delivery. Consulting or professional services. SOW management, project governance, RAID logs, executive reporting, implementation planning, or distributed delivery teams. Engagement Model Associates are engaged through independent contractor agreements for defined scopes. Project availability depends on client demand, role fit, and scheduling. Associates should be available for core collaboration hours aligned to Canada/USA time zones, and some engagements may require availability in the client's timezone.
