North of Brooklyn Pizzeria is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and is committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily features
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow all company policies and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or bar is required
- Smart Serve Certification is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with POS systems is considered an asset
