Overview
Syncro Security Inc. is seeking professional and reliable Uniform Security Guards to join our team at a residential care facility in Vaughan. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and sound judgment. Previous security experience is an asset, and candidates who live nearby or have their own vehicle are preferred.
Regular Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday: 11:45 PM – 8:45 AM
- Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Sunday: 9:00 PM – 8:45 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Manage reception and access control
- Conduct regular patrols of the property
- Monitor the premises and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Respond to incidents and complete detailed incident reports
- Provide professional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Excellent communication skills and strong common sense
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Own vehicle is preferred
- Previous security experience is an asset
- Candidates living near the site are preferred
Pay: $18.00 per hour
