Position Overview
BEKKA Travel is seeking a Social Media & Sales Specialist to acquire and close new clients through social media. Your job: grow our social presence, create compelling content, engage with followers, qualify leads, and close the sale. You earn 20% commission per client you bring in and close. Director handles everything after meetings, proposals, service delivery. No experience needed, just strong social media skills and sales drive.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Manage BEKKA Travel social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create and post engaging content: travel packages, immigration tips, client testimonials, destination updates
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs
- Track social media performance (engagement, follower growth, lead quality)
- Build community and maintain consistent posting schedule across platforms
Lead Generation & Sales
- Respond to inbound inquiries from social media and other channels
- Qualify leads and understand their needs (travel, immigration support, property coordination)
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and scope
- Close the deal: secure commitment and booking details
- Track lead source, client name, and deal status in CRM for commission tracking
Handoff to Director
- Once client is confirmed and paid, hand off all client details to the director
- Director handles all follow-up meetings, proposal preparation, and service delivery coordination
Required Qualifications
- Strong social media skills and experience managing business accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Excellent written communication for creating engaging captions, posts, and content
- Ability to engage authentically with followers and convert comments/DMs into qualified leads
- Bilingual ability in English and French or Arabic highly valued
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on commission
- Reliable and organized; track leads and follow-up consistently
- Familiarity with travel, immigration, or related B2C services preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven social media growth experience (followers, engagement rates)
- Experience managing multiple social platforms simultaneously
- Knowledge of Canadian travel destinations and immigration pathways
- Familiarity with travel agencies, tour operations, or immigration services
- Fluency in three or more languages
Compensation
- 20% commission per qualified client acquired — paid upon client confirmation and booking
