Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced weekend Senior Bartender to be a part of a dynamic team at a established Distillery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, possess exceptional leadership skills, and excel in financial management and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff management and customer service
- Train, supervise, and hire bar staff
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food or hospitality industry
- Excellent cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation
- Ability to conduct interviews, hire, and train new staff members
- Proficiency in bartending techniques, drink preparation and designing seasonal cocktail menus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
-Having experience working with Rotovaps & vacuum stills will be an asset.
