Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism, with opportunities to work with heavy equipment and perform related tasks as needed. The AZ Truck Driver will play a vital role in supporting our logistics operations and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ licensed commercial trucks for local and regional freight deliveries
- Load and unload freight using forklift or other heavy equipment as necessary
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Assist with automotive repairs or minor maintenance when required
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely pick-up and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle logs
- Comply with all federal, state, and company safety policies and procedures
Experience
- Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Experience in freight transportation, including handling heavy equipment and forklifts
- Knowledge of automotive repair or basic vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment or industrial vehicles preferred
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to commercial driving and freight handling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently on the road
Pay: $8,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
