Roadtrek Inc. is a leading Canadian RV manufacturer known for innovation, quality, and craftsmanship in the design and production of premium Class B motorhomes. Located in Cambridge, Ontario, we are seeking a skilled BOM Analyst to support our manufacturing operations by creating, modifying, maintaining, and validating multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on D365 experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to maintain accurate product data and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams.
This is a five-month on-site contract position reporting to the R&D Manager. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Create, modify, maintain, and validate multi-level BOMs within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Ensure BOM accuracy for production, procurement, inventory, and service operations.
- Manage product structures, assemblies, subassemblies, and purchased components.
- Review engineering drawings and documentation to accurately translate product designs into ERP BOM structures.
- Create and maintain multi-level BOM structures, routings, and production data.
- Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Resolve BOM-related issues affecting manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management.
- Perform regular audits of ERP data to identify discrepancies and ensure system accuracy.
- Develop and implement BOM governance standards and best practices.
- Support D365 product lifecycle management processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in BOM management, ERP systems, manufacturing operations, or product data management.
- MUST have strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with manufacturing drawings, CAD data, and product documentation.
- Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Education
- Diploma in engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
