As our Business Segment Director, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of a specific business segment within the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, foster innovation, and enhance market positioning while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. You will collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term strategic and operational plans that optimize performance and profitability.

Salary: $150,500.00 - $200,700.00 per year plus bonus opportunity

Your Challenge:
Leads the creation and execution of comprehensive business segment strategies that drive growth and profitability. Oversees market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic initiatives. (20%)
Oversees all aspects of segment operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. Implements operational best practices and performance metrics to achieve excellence. (20%)
Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Ensures the segment meets financial targets and contributes to the overall financial health of the organization. (20%)
Engages with key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive strategic initiatives and enhance customer value. (20%)
Conducts comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for growth and assesses potential risks. Leads efforts to position the segment as a market leader through innovation and customer-centric strategies. (20%)

Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and results-oriented management
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong background in data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning
Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts and influencing key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans that drive business success
Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a forward-thinking mindset

CWNC’s services include seismic testing and analysis, radiation testing, and thermal aging, as well as safety-related repair, refurbishment, and reverse engineering to extend the life of electrical and mechanical components. Additionally, CWNC manufactures a portfolio of conductivity cells and cell holders.
