Canwest is seeking a highly organized and trusted professional to serve as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office administration and reception activities.
- Maintain and update company websites and online information.
- Coordinate office vendors, supplies, and service providers.
- Maintain corporate records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist with document preparation, contracts, leases and general real estate transactions and internal communications.
- Manage accounts payable, credit card reconciliations and support month end processes.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for both personal and corporate.
- Manage follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking.
- Other duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent administrative skills and people skills.
- Experience handling confidential information and sensitive business matters.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Accounting Programs, Photoshop and others as required.
- Experience with basic accounting or bookkeeping software is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
