Job Summary
Delta Textiles Exporters Inc. is a Vancouver-based used clothing grading and export company, in business since 1990. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations and logistics coordination.
Duties
- Manage general office administration (filing, correspondence, data entry, scheduling, answering calls and e-mails)
- Assist with warehouse floor hiring (screening applications, scheduling interviews) and general HR tasks
- Track production and order status against customer orders
- Communicate with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and shipping lines to schedule pickups/deliveries
- Liaise with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Support invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- Prior experience in logistics, freight, export/import, or office admin an asset
- Ability to work on-site in New Westminster, BC
