Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in food service or hospitality, and experience managing a team within a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving activities
- Manage team members through effective supervision, including interviewing, training, and scheduling staff
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for transactions and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including kitchen areas and dining spaces
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Lead by example in hospitality and food industry best practices to promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with restaurant management tasks such as overseeing food quality, safety protocols, and staff performance
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience in food service or restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, and cash handling procedures
- Background in hospitality, restaurant experience, or hotel industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to health regulations
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing and training staff
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, serving protocols, and food industry standards
- Previous barista experience or restaurant management background is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
