Your role is to start conversations, build trust, and offer homeowners a FREE, no-obligation roof assessment with one of our Roofing Consultants.

What You'll Do
- Visit neighbourhoods where Vantage Roofing crews are actively working.
- Introduce homeowners to Vantage Roofing.
- Explain the roofing project taking place nearby.
- Offer homeowners a FREE, no-obligation roof assessment.
- Schedule appointments for Roofing Consultants.
- Build positive relationships with homeowners.
- Represent the Vantage Roofing brand professionally.
- Record appointment information accurately.
- Meet daily activity and appointment goals.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing coaching.
What Is a Qualified Lead?
A qualified lead is an appointment that meets all of the following criteria:
- The homeowner (not a tenant) is present.
- The primary decision-maker is involved in the conversation.
- The property has a roof that is a genuine candidate for assessment.
- The appointment is attended and completed by a Vantage Roofing Roofing Consultant.
Qualified leads earn an additional $50 performance bonus.

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Full-time or part-time availability.
- Comfortable walking residential neighbourhoods daily.
- Smartphone.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Customer service, sales, canvassing, retail, hospitality, or public-facing experience is preferred.
- Additional languages are an asset.
